  2. We engage with small residential service-based businesses because small residential service businesses are underserved. We want to take talented and exceptional craftsmen and give them the tools and resources to exponentially grow and leave a lasting legacy in the lives of their employees and the community they serve. 

  3. We took over 35 years of best practices, trials, mistakes, and successes to craft systems and processes capable of giving residential service businesses the vision of a brighter and more fruitful future.

  2. We believe in a rapidly changing world, where consumer expectations and desires are evolving, the residential service-based businesses themselves are being underserved and underdeveloped. 

  3. Our role is to partner with small residential service-based businesses to provide them with the proper resources and infrastructure including leadership development to grow these businesses and leave a legacy. we do this through what we define as our three C’s for success:

Our goal with any organization is to establish a community and strong relationships with all members. From employees, vendors, customers, and local charitable groups, we want the organization to have strong roots in a community where all members flourish from being a part of this partnership. 

Continuation

Everyone has a ticking time on this thing called life and we desire to see businesses become long-lasting legacies in the community. Through succession planning, we desire to help organizations function entirely without the daily input of ownership and help them lay the foundation for a legacy long after they have moved on from the role.

Residential services businesses represent an important fabric of America’s infrastructure and Legacy believes it’s being vastly undeserved and underdeveloped. Our approach to coaching and consulting is one of self discovery and intentional guidance towards the real problems that small businesses face today. We take a dedicated interest in not just impacting businesses but doing so by training and developing roles and the employees that fill each role, creating exceptional people and exceptional businesses that leave legacies in the heart of the communities they serve.
