Steven Chartier

Steven Chartier is the founder and President of Legacy Service Partners. Steven owned and operated a home service business in the North East and throughout 35 years of business, grew the business to around 250 employees and $50 million in sales. In 2021, Steven sold the company and moved into the President role of his family’s non-profit Good Soil Partners, an organization aimed at education, specifically the leadership and entrepreneurship development of the Children of Malawi, Africa.
Steven has a high-level understanding of business and believes in doing things exceptionally well. His leadership ability and coaching methods enable him to get results through his/her self-development. He leads the coaching and consulting program at Legacy Service Partners with a specific focus on Operations, financials, and overall business development.
Parker Chartier

Parker Chartier is a founder and Vice President of Legacy Service Partners. Parker graduated in 2021 from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in Business, specifically International Business. After graduating, Parker moved to Florida from New Hampshire to pursue a career in Real Estate. During this time, Parker was able to work alone and in a team environment around some of the top-selling agents in the country, gaining experience in Customer service and customer engagement.
His area of expertise is in sales and marketing, focusing on helping organizations drive growth and market reach through delivering comprehensive and exceptional customer experiences.
