What types of coaching and consulting services do you offer?
We offer 4 membership tiers. Our bronze tier provides access to our extensive resources and trainings on all our systems and processes. Silver and Gold tier provided 1-on-1 coaching for assistance with implementation, with varying assistance depending on your company’s needs. Our platinum tier is an exclusive group of companies that have an opportunity to become investor partners with Legacy Service Partners. Each tier is diligently created to give you varying amounts of access and support and is priced based on the size of your corporation.
What are the benefits of joining your membership program?
The benefits of joining any one of our membership programs is you gain access to proven systems and trainings for you and your team. How do I get started with your services?
Simply choose a program and you will receive an email to create your account and gain access to our platform. Once your account is created, you can start using our resources and if you are above the bronze tier, you will receive a follow up email to schedule your initial coaching call and fill out our onboarding coaching forms.
How do I access the resources and materials in the membership program?
As soon as you select a membership program, you will receive an email to create your account to gain access to our resource platform. Once you create your account, if you are a silver or gold member, you will receive an additional email with a link to schedule your initial coaching session and fill out a form for us to better understand your organization.
How do I know if I need a coach or consultant?
If you own a residential service business and are finding it hard to get yourself out of the day to day tasks associated with the business then these programs are for you. We have over 35 years of experience running a residential home service business and are here to help you implement systems and processes to grow the business and create a path towards succession and legacy for you and the organization.
Can I change my membership level after signing up?
You can change your membership level at any time. If you are a bronze member, you can contact our support team to request the forms to begin onboarding as a silver or gold member. If you are seeking information on our platinum program, we only offer that to a select group of companies and require you to be a gold member for 6 consecutive months and then go through our process to determine if the program is the right choice for your business at the time.
What qualifications do your coaches and consultants have?
All our coaches have been trained under John Maxwell, one of the best and well respected coaches on business and leadership. Outside of this qualification, every coach has years of experience in business across many industries. Our ability to serve well depends on us so we always strive for the most experienced and qualified coaches to come alongside you and your team on this journey.
Do you offer workshops or courses?
We plan to offer workshops and courses in the near future. Our hope is to create mini courses for our members to have access to. These courses will be short 4-8 week plans covering topics such as succession planning, corporate finances, etc. Our workshops will eventually be monthly opportunities to gain further live training and collaborate directly with other companies who are operating in your same industry. This will help foster a better sense of community and support from those who are facing similar challenges and success stories as you will achieve.
What is the difference between coaching and consulting?
Coaching is a journey of self discovery. It is one where we ask you questions and get you thinking to lead yourself towards your own conclusions. Consulting is a deliberate process of giving you and your corporation direct solutions to immediate needs and problems. We use a mix of coaching and consulting to steer the company towards accelerated growth through our proven systems and employee training resources.
How long does a typical coaching and consulting engagement last?
Our membership is a month to month commitment but with our experience, we anticipate clients to at least need a year to learn the systems and start implementation. Our hope is in 3-5 years, companies that work with us would have fully implemented systems and seen significant growth and value towards eventual succession.
